The video was really easy to follow. Cameras can be a real headache, and reading the manual sometimes seems like a foreign language. This made it really easy to understand the functions. The only I struggle with is that I just got a new computer, and the software to upload my pictures isn’t working. Is there anything I can do or do I need to re-purchase the disk?

Hi Ava,

You should be able to call tech support and if the disk is faulty, they’ll send a new one. Good luck!
